I am Joe and I am a leadership coach. I have helped hundreds of people live and lead with extraordinary vision, increased passion, and lasting global impact...and I want to help you do the same.
For many years in my own leadership journey, I was only focused on trying to be extraordinary, accomplished and in control. To be fair, I did a lot of cool stuff and made a living from it. I started what has now become a thriving global non-profit leadership organization, and worked with other organizations and social businesses as a coach, consultant, recruiter, speaker​​​​​​​, and humanitarian photographer.
In 2016, my family made the decision to relocate to North India to live and work. It didn't take long before the stress of living and working in India forced me slow down and reevaluate my life and leadership. With the help of an experienced leadership coach, I began to break deeply ingrained habits. As I did this I began to live and lead with so much more vision, passion, clarity, margin, and relational joy. 
In 2021 I did a 14 day training that prepared me to be a professional coach with the International Coaching Federation. There is nothing like helping ordinary people live and lead with extraordinary vision, increased passion and lasting global impact. I love to see watch people move from living for a paycheck to taking personal responsibility for changing the world!
Today, we live between Central Oregon and North India where I work as a leadership coach, photographer, and facilitator and guide of immersive travel and photographic experiences.
